  • As a Certified Mental Wellbeing Coach and Mental Health First Aid Trainer, I understand when to coach and when to refer to clinical support. I work collaboratively and confidentially with you and your healthcare team when appropriate.

Why Susan:

I didn’t set out to become an expert in grief, caregiving, or starting over after life falls apart. I didn’t plan on learning what it means to hold someone’s hand through their final days, rebuild a life from the ground up, or create healthy habits when you feel broken on the inside.

They need real, hard-earned wisdom—and practical tools—for navigating change, loss, hormonal chaos, stress, and resilience in the real world.

That’s why organizations bring me in. I don’t talk at people. I meet them where they are, acknowledge the hard stuff, and help them move forward with clarity, compassion, and doable strategies. Whether I’m delivering a leading a workshop, facilitating a small group, or speaking to a team about mental health, resilience, and wellbeing, my approach is honest, relatable, and grounded in real life.
